Philippine Airlines Expands Partnership with TA Connections to Enhance Disrupted Passenger Support

TA Connections, a Corpay (NYSE: CPAY) company and global leader in crew logistics and passenger disruption management, today announced the expansion of its long-standing partnership with Philippine Airlines, the flag carrier of the Philippines.

TA Connections has supported Philippine Airlines with crew hotel sourcing for many years. Building on this established relationship, Philippine Airlines has selected TA Connections’ disrupted passenger services to support passengers across its North American stations during operational disruptions.

Under the expanded agreement, TA Connections will provide hotel and ground transportation coordination for disrupted passengers at San Francisco International Airport (SFO), John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), Vancouver International Airport (YVR), and Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).

Through this partnership, we gain the agility to swiftly arrange accommodations, allowing us to provide enhanced support for our passengers whenever these situations arise,” said Mac Munsayac, VP - Customer Experience.

With TA Connections’ global hotel network and negotiated rates, Philippine Airlines will gain faster access to available hotel inventory during irregular operations, helping frontline teams respond rapidly and efficiently when disruptions occur. In addition, TA Connections’ experienced support and service teams will manage vendor coordination and invoice reconciliation, reducing administrative burden while ensuring cost control and accuracy.
