Crabtree joins TA Connections following more than a decade with Spirit Airlines, where he most recently served as Director of Crew Resources. Throughout his airline career, he has developed extensive expertise in crew resources, airline operations, operational strategy, and cross-functional leadership, providing firsthand insight into the operational complexities airlines navigate every day.
